Fox news on domains
Fox news covered Domain Names recently - quite interesting how excited the reporters seem to be. Of course they talk about typing the domains into a search engines etc. and got some of the numbers wrong.

This was my post for that Day:
The Fox Cable News at about 11:45 am PST July 23…
Had about a two minute segment on the new domain goldrush… and that .com was king.
It was not very good…way to short and it seem like the reporter did about 12 minutes of research on the subject…the anchor new more about domain names than the reporter. Seem like to women just gabbing a bit to me.
Peace,
Dan

Any news coverage on domains in mainstream media like this seems like a good deal to me Dan.

I Agree…somewhat.
But, It seems to me if your going to do a story on ‘business industry’ that’s a $2 Billion+ a year industry and really controls navagation on the entire internet (Google/Yahoo would not exist without domain address’s)…you would have someone in the business news dept do the report…not a reporter that spends most of the time reporting the wheather or doing Paris hilton updates.
I was just disapointed at the’depth’ of the report.
